Liquid Synthetic Fuels
Electrofuels (e-fuels) from recovered carbon dioxide are produced by combining captured CO2 with green hydrogen via catalytic hydrogenation or electrochemical reduction. This process uses renewable electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, then converts the CO2 and hydrogen into synthetic hydrocarbons like e-methanol, e-methane, or e-gasoline.
