The material is completely free of organic binders, sizing polymers, or resin contaminants, ensuring excellent chemical purity and immediate thermal stability up to 600°C. Important Material Characterisation: Please note that this is a highly variable, mixed-specification lot. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis indicates broad distributions in both individual fiber lengths and filament diameters. Individual filament diameters span a wide spectrum銄anging from fine fractions (~11 µm) up to heavy structural filaments exceeding 38 µm, 45 µm, 60 µm, and 84 µm. Due to these wide dimensional variations, this lot is not recommended for precision textile or highly automated thin-line extrusion processes that require strict diameter uniformity.
